AT-HOME ART ACTIVITIES
Here are some art activities you can try at home. Use whatever supplies you have handy. Making art—alone or together—is a simple way to unwind, connect, and bring a little creativity into your day. Before you start, protect your table with something simple like cardboard, an old towel, or a grocery bag opened flat. If you’re using paint or glue, throw on clothes you don’t mind getting a bit “artsy”—it keeps things fun and worry-free.

Crear arte—solo o acompañado—es una forma sencilla de relajarte, conectar y añadir un toque de creatividad a tu día. Antes de comenzar, protege tu mesa con algo sencillo como cartón, una toalla vieja o una bolsa de supermercado abierta.
