Michelada lovers! Get ready for the event of the year. CHELITA - a festival featuring art, live music and the ultimate Michelada Competition is happening July 13 in Downtown Oxnard at Heritage Square from 1-8 pm. Enjoy mouthwateing miches, food trucks, a kids' zone, vendors, and a sizzling day of entertainment.

Live Performance on Two Stages

It's a day party! The best regional bands will get you dancing to the hottest music from a variety of genres including cumbia, ranchera, banda y mas. Enjoy additional performances (local, dance, etc) between the main acts.

Food Court

Embark on a culinary journey like no other at our Food Area, where a symphony of flavors awaits your taste buds. From traditional Mexican favorites to fusion favorites, our diverse food offerings will tantalize your senses and satisfy your cravings.

Art Vendors and Installations

Larger-than-life art installations made by Oxnard-based creatives transforms Heritage Square into a mesmerizing space perfect for making memories and taking selfies. Shop from local artisans and find goods that are uniquely Oxnard!

Kids Area

Create cherished memories with your family as you explore the dedicated Kids Area. Engage in interactive activities and games ensuring that attendees of all ages can share in the wonder and excitement.
